You can find additional sites on the internet that offer free images. MorgueFile is one. Pixabay is another.

Oh wow, I heard of both of them and have used some images from Pixabay. Haven’t really dvelved into MorgueFile though, I will go check it out, thanks Kathleen!

Hi, great info, I will bookmark so I can come back when I try one of these. Are they FREE? I thought they both were premium programs?

If you have Microsoft Office installed, you would have access to MS Powerpoint. If not, you can try the opensource program from http://www.openoffice.org It offers a lot of programs similar to the MS office programs.

Canva is totally free to use to create your own images, only the premium images come with the cost of $1.00 per image, but I find that the free ones work fine and there are lots of the free ones, so you can modify those to your liking without having to pay for anything.

    Moon,
I am familiar with MS Power Point because I used it to build briefings in the military. One the other hand, I had not heard of the Canva program for creating free infographics to design images for the social media platforms. The free pictures and those for $1 with the premium membership seem really reasonable. Images as visual cues are important in web pages and posts. On that note, your selection of graphic designs to illustrate your ideas is excellent.
I totally agree with you there is so much information on the internet on how to set up an online business, the process of selecting the best program to invest in is overwhelming Wealth Affiliate (WA) by far out performs those other e-commerce and affiliate marketing programs. The WA educational tutorials and videos are a very high quality. The close knit WA community is full of members willing to freely pass on their experience and knowledge. Also key to the WA program is the atmosphere for learning at your own speed.

    Respectfully,
    Dave

      Hi Dave,

Well-selected images would go a long way towards attracting your visitors and keeping them on your site, I do know myself that if I see only text in a webpage I would quickly click away as I would think it is boring. I have received a lot of support from WA and I think it is a wonderful place to be in, for we are surrounded by like-minded members and many are so willing to help.

    Wow,

I needed this reminder. Thank you. I have made a few helpful PDFs, but not Infographics. Why not? I should do this – a lot. You’re right, infographics are very powerful. I have the software; I should be using it.

    Thanks Again,

Most of us would have access to MS powerpoint, so it is really a good (and free) method for us to use.
